About Candice Brown...
Candice Brown is the fun foodie who baked her way to earning The Great British Bake Off crown with her grand showstoppers and intricate technical challenges. Now a popular figure of the mainstream media, Candice is a celebrity baker in her own right, sharing innovative recipes, hosting segments on popular television shows and baking for the stars.
Stepping into the spotlight in 2016, Candice appeared on the seventh series of The Great British Bake Off. Impeccably executed technical challenges as seen in pastry week and daring showstoppers like her legendary replication of a pub made from gingerbread, saw Candice awarded the Star Baker of the Week on two occasions.
Until her appearance on Bake Off, Candice’s culinary skills were only a hobby as she worked as a full time PE teacher, a job which she subsequently left after her win to pursue her dream of professional baking.
Now Candice balances her on screen roles on the likes of This Morning and Loose Women with live baking demonstrations at events such as The Cake and Bake Show and Foodie Festival. In addition, she released her debut cookbook ‘Comfort: Delicious Bakes and Family Treats’ in 2017, and regularly contributes as a columnist for The Sunday Times.
The down-to-earth, gifted and instantly recognisable baking beauty has appeared on reality television series Dancing On Ice. As well as this, Candice also featured on the quiz show Celebrity Mastermind, with her specialist subject being Audrey Hepburn.
Now, Candice has opened her own pub, The Greenman Eversholt, and is back in touch with her childhood where she grew up learning the ins-and-outs of running a pub from her parents. The hard working and ambitious baker turned pub owner is a force to be reckoned with, proving her to be the perfect influencer for your food and drink campaign.
