With the release of this year’s campmates, we are definitely in for a treat, so read on to find out who will be setting foot in the jungle in 2022...
Boy George
The singer, songwriter and DJ is best known for being the lead in pop band Culture Club. With his unique style and wacky fashion staples, Boy George has had an incredibly successful career as a musician, and has even made an appearance on The Voice as a mentor!
We can’t wait to see a stripped back version of Boy George and see how he copes under the pressures of the jungle, lighting up camp with his fun and charming personality!
Chris Moyles
The radio and television presenter, Chris Moyles, has worked in the industry for years. He’s hosted shows on stations such as Radio Luxembourg, Capital FM and BBC Radio 1, where he has become the longest serving breakfast presenter. Chris has also had many successful appearances on televisions shows, including Top Gear, The One Show, and Hotel Babylon.
Now, Chris will be returning to our screens in the jungle, and we are curious to see how he adjusts to camp life and the challenges in store!
Olivia Attwood
Ex-Love Islander, Olivia Attwood, has thrived since her appearance on the popular reality show. With her feisty personality, she intrigued and entertained viewers, and has since made more TV appearances on shows like TOWIE, Celebs Go Dating and The Real housewives of Cheshire.
We are excited to see how Olivia finds jungle life compared to her usual glamourous lifestyle, and we are sure her strong character will prove to be an excellent element to camp life!
Owen Warner
Owen Warner is an actor best known for his role in soap opera Hollyoaks. He landed the role shortly after completing college and has since won an award for Best Soap Opera Newcomer by the Digital
Spy Reader Award! Owen has also starred on show Eating with my Ex, expanding his television appearances.

Jill Scott
A professional footballer who’s been an inspiration to all is Jill Scott. She’s majorly contributed to the rise of women’s football and was a key player in supporting the sensational victory in the UEFA’s Women’s European Championship Final in July 2022!
With setting up the JS8 Academy for young girls, as well as co-owning a coffee shop, Jill is a force to be reckoned with, and we can’t wait to see how her determination and bravery translates to the bushtucker trials!
Mike Tindall
Mike Tindall is best known for being one of the most consistent rugby players, having played for Bath, Gloucester, and England. Winning the world cup back in 2003, Mike’s career has been sensational, and now he co-hosts podcast The Good, The Bad and The Rugby, continuing to thrive off his passion for rugby!
His next venture is a different type of challenge compared to the rugby pitch, where he will face spiders, snakes, rats, and more!
Charlene White
Television broadcaster, journalist and presenter, Charlene White, has presented ITV News programmes, as well as been an anchor for talk show Loose Women. Charlene made history as the first black woman to present ITV News at Ten, acting as a strong role-model for many women in the BAME community!
Charlene will no-doubt continue to impress the nation with her appearance in the jungle, trying her best at all challenges and making the most of camp life!
Babatunde Aléshé
Actor and comedian, Babatunde Aléshé, has performed at various venues with his stand-up comedy, and has had more serious appearances on our screens in shows like Law & Order: UK and Doctor Who. He also stars in Celebrity Gogglebox with friend Mo Gilligan, entertaining viewers with their comedic friendship and witty quips!
We can’t wait to see what his funny outgoing character brings to camp life and the trials when Babatunde sets foot in the jungle!
Scarlette Douglas
Scarlette Douglas is known for her television presenting career, hosting A Place in the Sun for several years, as well as Worst House on the Street with her brother, Stuart Douglas. Scarlette has also worked as a reporter for The One Show and Points of View, showing how naturally gifted she is in front of the camera!
Scarlette will now step out of her comfort zone and enter the jungle to face creepy crawlies, various challenges and camp life!
Sue Cleaver
Sue Cleaver is an actress best known for portraying the role of Eileen Grimshaw on ITV's iconic British soap opera, Coronation Street. Having played the role for over 20 years, Sue has established herself as one of the greatest in the soap opera industry.
Now set to take on her biggest challenge yet, Sue is going down under to face her fears and Ant and Dec's horrifying bushtucker trials!
