Lauren Black is a popular social media influencer, who now specialises in empowerment and healing.

Lauren began her blog covering a range of topics, including fashion, beauty and lifestyle. However now, as she has developed and grown as a person, Lauren's outlook on life has changed entirely. 

Whilst continuing to share her passion for style, Lauren has altered her social media focus to something much more mindful. After having gone through her own journey with mental health, Lauren is keen to support others and she is able to do just that on her social media platforms.

And more recently, Lauren has been a part of a BBC Three documentary, The Instagram Effect to discuss life as an influencer struggling with an eating disorder in a further bid to help and support others going through a similar experience.
