Gorka Marquez is recognised for his role as a professional dancer on TV’s glitziest show, BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing. 

A Spanish dancer now based in Manchester, Gorka has appeared on the show since 2016. As well as this, Gorka has also starred in Burn The Floor, a live dance show which is performed around the world. 

Gorka met his girlfriend, Gemma Atkinson during the 2017 series of SCD and the pair welcomed a baby girl, Mia in 2019. Using Instagram, Gorka and Gemma document their journey into parenthood, sharing their experiences and showing sweet snippets of their family life.

Also on social media, Gorka shares his health and fitness journey with his followers, often sharing his workouts and progress. More recently, Gorka has become quite the fitness influencer and has been doing regular live workouts as well as IGTV’s for fans to follow along with. Gorka is also an athlete for sugar free beverage brand, Nocco UK. 

Gorka also shares snaps alongside his friends, family and co-stars of Strictly Come Dancing.
