Sam is an English professional rugby player and currently plays for Aviva Premiership team Bath alongside the England national team as a flanker. He is well known for his impressive tackles for the England team, earning him the nickname “tackle monster”.

Born in Ohio, Sam made his debut for Gloucester in the Anglo-Welsh Cup at the age of 17 before making his Premiership debut at the age of 18.

Sam also captained the England Under 18s during the 2014 FIRA tournament and led the team to victory. With such success at a young age, Sam has been touted as a future star.

Alongside his career as a professional rugby player and sportsman, Sam is studying Politics and Economics at the University of Bath.

Quite the family man, Sam spends lots of his time off of the pitch with his family and friends, regularly taking to Instagram to post about his days.
