Born in Leeds, Nicola Adams OBE is a former professional boxer, for Team GB. Fighting and winning her first bout at the young age of 13, Nicola Adams went on to achieve great things throughout her sporting career.

Nicola, nicknamed 'The Lioness' competed from 2017 to 2019, holding the WBO female flyweight title between July and November 2019. Within this time, she also held the WBO interim title in 2018.

Arguably her biggest accomplishment was being the first female boxer to win gold at the 2010 Olympic Games and became the first female boxer to become a double Olympic champion after winning yet another gold medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics at Rio de Janeiro.

Nicola Adams has made noise in more than just the sports industry, as she topped The Independent’s list of 101 of the most influential LGBT people for Britain in 2012.

Thanks to her impressive boxing skills and passion for human rights, Nicola Adams has secured her name in the world of influencer marketing, working with a range of brands to promote campaigns and products she personally believes in.
