Shaun is the face behind the popular Instagram account, Travel Mad Dad. Along with his wife Karen, of Travel Mad Mum, the influencer couple are quite simply, travel mad. 

On a mission to explore as much of the world as possible, Karen and Shaun have spent the last few years jet-setting around the world. Proving that travel doesn’t have to stop when children come along, the Travel Mad family document their adventures, inspiring other families to do the same. 

Now, after just welcoming twins and adding two more little ones to their family, Travel Mad Dad and the rest of his family currently reside in Abu Dhabi after spending time living an RV. Twins Fern and Fíonn join their older siblings Esmé and Quinn for a fun-filled life of travel and adventure.

From road trips to long-haul flights, Travel Mad Dad has done it all and everything in between. And with two children in tow, Travel Mad Dad has become a destination for all thing’s travel and parenting, providing other parents with tips, tricks and advice. 

Having renovated an RV during 2020, the Travel Mad family spent much of the last 12-18 living in it full-time before moving on to sunnier climates in Abu Dhabi. The family documented the renovation journey and regularly kept fans up to date with their future plans, which include driving across the world, from London to New Zealand. 

As well as travel, Travel Mad Dad also shares his parenting experiences. From home-schooling, mealtimes and the honest realities of parenthood, Shaun and Karen share it all, taking their large and loyal following along for the ride with them.
