Joining the original line up of Love Island contestants is model, actress and social media influencer, Jourdan Riane.

The 24-year-old Essex girl describes herself as ‘bubbly, positive and understanding’ but also suggests that islanders wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of her. She also explains that she can be ‘impulsive, impatient and stubborn’ - perfect traits to enter the villa with!

Best known for her career as a model and her work as an influencer, Jourdan had already established a rather hefty social media following prior to her entrance in the villa. Jourdan uses her platforms to document the behind the scenes of her work, as well as her passions of beauty, fashion and travel. She has also worked with brands such as Oh Polly, Boots and Maybelline.

Jourdan has also starred in short film, Amani. Eagle-eyed viewers may also recognise her from doing a double page spread for Elle magazine and featuring in Vogue Italia.
