About Scott Baptie...

Scott Baptie is a fat loss coach, personal trainer and fitness model from Aberdeen, Scotland. Having a Master of Science (MSc) qualification in Sports Nutrition, Scott has transformed the lives and waistlines of thousands of people.

From complete beginners to frequent gym-goers and even professional sportspeople, Scott offers tips, tricks and advice to his followers. Scott has grown up being an enthusiastic sportsman and is a believer in hard work – both in and out of the gym.

On a mission to help others, Scott has a website called “Food for Fitness” which provides healthy recipes, weight loss advice, exercise tips, nutrition guides and more. Having featured on the BBC, The Irish Times, Metro and Cosmopolitan, the website is the perfect place for any fitness guru or an individual who wants to lose a bit of extra weight.

To further his portfolio, Scott is also an avid author and has a number of fitness books which contain clear, enjoyable and easy-to-follow habits that will help you get leaner, fitter, stronger and happier without the hunger and heartache. His biggest book was released back in 2019 and was titled “101 Ways to Lose Weight and Never Find it Again”.

Scott has also got a number of books in a series, named the “The High Protein Handbook” which contain up to date weight loss tips and a 30-day high protein fat loss challenge.
