Ellie Simmonds is a former British Paralympian who has represented Great Britain in a number of Paralymic Games, winning gold on various occasions.

Having continued to set world records, winning medals and climbing her way to the very top of the health and fitness industry, Ellie has also won ten gold World Championship titles and seven gold European Championship medals.
