The biggest name in fitness and nutrition, Joe Wicks has become a worldwide phenomenon in the fitness space. Owing to his charismatic and passionate personality, Joe has brought millions onboard with his workout routines, healthy recipes and community events.
British citizens have been privy to Joe Wicks' whip-smart ways since he arrived on the scene in 2014. Proving an inspiration to fitness fanatics across the world, he built one of the biggest Instagram followings in fitness and the press began arriving at his door. Soon he was featuring alongside TV star Gemma Atkinson, providing nutritional advice and fitness tips for Sports Direct.
Joe's growing influence continued to win him admirers and it was his quirky workout videos, 15-minute meals and pranking of fast food restaurants which began to earn him more and more attention.
Posting regular videos on his channel The Body Coach TV, Joe has inspired fans from all over the world to exercise and get healthy. From fitness enthusiasts to full-time mums, Joe's videos have been a hit with viewers from all walks of life. And on Instagram, Joe shares his favourite homecooked recipes and dishes, that are full of goodness, as well as giving an insight to life as a parent.
Quickly becoming one of the biggest health and fitness influencers, Joe shot to further prominence in 2020, during the UK's lockdown following the coronavirus pandemic. Dubbed the nation's PE teacher, Joe took to his YouTube channel to share a live family focused session, PE with Joe, each morning, whilst raising money for NHS charities. Over the course of 18 weeks, Joe raised over £500,000.
Now, Joe is the author of several books including Wean in 15 and the 30 Day Kick Start Plan. From cooking for Phil and Holly on This Morning to an eight-page feature in Men's Fitness, Joe's impact has been felt across the mainstream media.
More recently, Joe launched his very own health and fitness app, The Body Coach app. Also in 2020, Joe was awarded an MBE for his services to fitness and charity.
